A Vegan Recipe
I got up early to prepare a Plant Based/ Vegan Spread for @pacecenterforgirlspolk mini BIG Brunch. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the final product for all of my culinary work.
The offerings included:
Plant based Chicken and Waffles, Just Egg Bites, Grits, Peach Cobbler muffins, and fresh fruit. It was a labor of love and well worth it.
I received some good feedback and that was encouraging.
I am so grateful/ thankful for everyone that showed up and especially my husband who helped in so many ways. ❤
